I’ve had mine for several years now, and it’s my all time favorite not only for working out, but especially for wearing around the house during a heat wave in the summer. The big holes in the sides offer allow great ventilation, which offers relief on the hottest of days.

Ive been enjoying the Fighters Body Academy a lot so far. I like how I dont always need the heavy bag which makes it easy to workout anytime and anywhere. Most of the workouts are short, and as a single mom with a very active child, short but efficient is what I need.

I've carried this book along with me everywhere since I've gotten it. I've read it through multiple times and will review sections based on what I am working on during training. What I really like about this book is Sean's way of relaying the info. It's super easy for me to fall in line with. He talks in such a way I can comprehend and his personality seems to fit my vibe. On top of all of this he has a wealth of knowledge. Love it and highly recommend this book to anyone training muay thai.
