HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Go to shop.nakmuaynation.com. Add products to your cart. Follow and complete the checkout process.

If you have ordered a physical product (e.g. shirt), it will be shipped to the address you supplied. In the event a customer leaves the incorrect address when ordering, we are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect address.

If you have ordered a non-physical product (e.g. online training program), your login details will be emailed to you from Nak Muay Nation. The email may have the sender name "Kajabi." Check your spam folder. If this is not received within 15 minutes of purchase, contact us at support@nakmuaynation.com.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

IS NAK MUAY NATION RESPONSIBLE FOR UNEXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES?

No. Once we have shipped your package, we are no longer responsible for its safe delivery. All claims for late, lost or incorrectly delivered packages must be processed through the actual shipper (in most cases, USPS). 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. For digital products, such as online training programs, delivery of the login details to your inbox is usually instant. For physical products, such as shirts and gloves, shipment is usually processed within 2-3 days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the package has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated email (if you included an email when placing your order) from Shopify containing a link to track your package.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our normal shipping costs are as follows (and are subject to change):

- Domestic (United States) - $11.95 for 5 to 8 business days; $21.95 for 1-2 business days

- Economy International (Canada, Mexico) - $16.95 for 6 to 10 business days

- International (rest of the world) - $19.95 for 6 to 18 business days

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Contact support@nakmuaynation.com as soon as possible. We are not responsible for incorrect orders being shipped unless we are contacted before they are shipped.
