I looked at a number of Muay Thai development programs. I'm so glad I chose Nak Muay Nation. Founder and Coach Sean Fagan clearly has a passion for Muay Thai and sharing his knowledge. He's genuine, humble, very skilled, and motivating. I am following the Heavy Bag Blueprint 2.0 (HBB 2.0) program and seeing continuous improvement in my technique and power. It is proving to be worth every penny and then some. I'm 64 and have always been into fitness but this is taking my fitness, flexibility, and coordination to new levels. I signed up for the program about 4 weeks ago and do a workout 4 to 5 times per week. An unexpected benefit has been feeling better with life in general; family, work, energy, productivity . . . I highly recommend this program or one of the other programs offered by Nak Muay Nation. Once I've gotten through HBB 2.0, I'll purchase the next program that makes sense for me. Bought these gloves last year for Black Friday in 2024. I didn't want to leave a review until I had time to break them in. These gloves are awesome. They are a perfect fit. I like them a lot more than my Rival gloves. The gloves are easy to put on and fit snug on my hand. The double strap is a game changer. I bought two pairs last year and am glad that I did. Well worth the money. If you train just about every day, I recommend buying 2 pairs to give the gloves time to air out.

XL is a bit larger but still a great muscle shirt/tank top. Gokd quality as well, one of my favs to train in.
I ordered the muscle tank so I would feel cooler and not get too hot but I received a tshirt instead, it's a nice tshirt, good quality and I can wear it when not training so it's all good
