REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt (as per your order's tracking information).

At your own shipping cost, you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@nakmuaynation.com within 30 days of receipt of your product(s).

About training programs:

Sales on training programs are final. Refunds are not offered except in cases with extenuating circumstances (as decided by support@nakmuaynation.com).

**Exception: Heavy Bag Blueprint 2.0 comes with a 60-day moneyback guarantee; however, it is voided in the event the customer requests and receives a link to download the files for offline use. In that event, no refund will be offered.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our primary shipper for domestic and international purchases, USPS, has been experiencing COVID-related delivery delays since summer 2020. While the vast majority of customers experience no delay, a small percentage do. 

Please note that in the event of a delay to the delivery of your package(s), Muay Thai Guy Ltd. and Nak Muay Nation are not responsible in any way for delays or other detrimental occurrences after we have fulfilled and shipped your order(s). We have no way of tracking your order beyond the USPS tracker that is supplied upon purchase. We have no information about the whereabouts of your package after it has left our warehouse. 

For all inquiries about your shipped package, please contact the shipper directly (USPS or, for Express deliveries, FedEx).
